    I’ve quitted this Monday, I’ve started all your TOP 10 STEPS and this is my step 3 cry to the world:
    “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” !

    I tell you for sure that you can stay without tobacco and nicotine all the coming days.

  4. Within the first 15 days after quitting cigarettes avoid a relapse into the habit. Chewing sugarless gum or munching on vegetables are methods recommended by several stop-smoking support groups, including the American Cancer Society. Nicotine gum or patches deliver gradually lower doses of the drug over time, helping keep the “ex” in ex-smokers, especially within the crucial first couple of weeks.

    • “Nicotine gum or patches” are not compatible with successful quitting, as alcohol addiction can not be let behind continuing to drink alcohol. On this site we consider and declare that addictions can not be overcome with the addictive substances that feed the addictions. We do not mislead quitters with “Nicotine gum or patches” on this site.
