    be used for sb who is not really willing to stop smoking for helping him to give up and not come back to the vicious habit ?

    • Yes,of course. But he needs sb.else – like you – to make the nicotine shield of the smoker less and less resistent, untill it breakes. One of the eficient tools for starting that is giving every day complex motivation to quit by using, developing and stressing mainly those quitting reasons – from the motivation pages TOP BEST and MORE TOP – that might be of interest for the quitter-in-the-making.

    • I try to guess:
      “for ever” means …a)never smoke any more
      b)never fail quitting anymore
      c)sweet dream
      Could you, please help me ?

      • Dear J S, it’s a) and b).
        I don’t smoke since July and thigs will stay this way for ever. In July I took quitting very seriously and I read twice everything I could find on this site (and on others), I made a 24 quitting reasons personal list – I worked almost one month to my per. list – and every week, from Jul to Sept, I took a 15 min councelling for nicotine freedom by phone.

  6. Very welcome tips and top 10 plan. It worked well for my son. He’s stopped t&n in dec 2015 and he does not think about smoking anymore. Thanks a lot and stay cool for all smokers dreaming to quit.
